We're seeking our first implementation partners.

Auravale is new. Our books are launching this year, and we're openly looking for the first NGO, foundation, government, or CSR partner to work with us on scale. That's the honest picture — and it's the picture we'd rather you have before we start a conversation.

What this means practically: favourable early-partner terms, genuine flexibility on scope and customization, and the kind of attention a first partner receives that a fiftieth partner never will. We're small, we're serious, and we're committed to getting the first partnerships right rather than rushing to close them.

Print runs calibrated to programme scale — from pilot-size (hundreds) through multi-year rollout (hundreds of thousands). We work with printing partners who can meet the volume and still deliver quality.

Content adaptation to programme objectives

If your programme needs materials aligned to specific learning outcomes, regional contexts, or age cohorts different from our default editions — we do the adaptation work. Co-branded or white-label versions available where it fits the partnership.

Three —

Local-language support and bilingual editions

Full bilingual editions in Bahasa Indonesia are standard. Regional language adaptations (Javanese, Sundanese, and others) available on project scope. Our Flicker Home line is built specifically for bilingual parent-child learning.

Monitoring & evaluation collaboration

We work with your M&E framework rather than asking you to work with ours. We can provide teacher-facing guides, learner baseline materials, and data collection tools that plug into your existing reporting structure.

Real partnership through delivery and beyond

How it works

From first conversation to first cohort reached.

Programme partnerships move on grant-cycle timelines, not procurement-cycle timelines. Here's roughly how the process unfolds.

Initial scoping conversation

A call or video meeting — 30 to 45 minutes. You describe your programme, target reach, funding source, and timeline. We describe what we can genuinely do, and what's outside our capacity. Honest on both sides from the start.

Two —

Sample materials & alignment documentation

Physical or digital samples relevant to your programme. CEFR mapping, Kurikulum Merdeka alignment notes, methodology brief, and reference to pilot usage — everything your internal review and your funders will want to see.

Three —

Partnership proposal tailored to programme scope

Written proposal covering volume, customization, pricing, delivery schedule, and M&E collaboration. Formatted so it slots cleanly into your grant documentation rather than requiring translation.

Four —

Contract & milestone agreement

Clear milestones, clear deliverables, clear reporting. Payment structure aligned to programme disbursement cycles. No surprises, no small print.

Five —

Delivery, teacher handover, feedback loop

Books reach classrooms. Teachers receive onboarding. M&E data flows. And we stay in the conversation — so the second year of the programme is informed by the first, and the materials evolve with what you learn.
